Energy Efficiency Retrofit Grant Your initial and follow up assessments may qualify for the federal EnerGuide for Houses Energy Efficiency Retrofit Grant. Once you have had your initial assessment performed, you have 18 months to complete your energy renovations and request your follow-up assessment.
