We specialize in Residential after-market Sales and Service. We do not do commercial or new home row housing. What this means for the customer : All our journeymen are well experienced doing after-market installations and replacements and all of our service trucks are set up specifically for this purpose. Our licensed installers work in teams of two or more.one journeyman to one apprentice. What this means for the customer : Licensed people doing the job right. All employees are paid by the hour, not by the job. What this means for the customer : The installers are not rushed to get out of your home; they are not taking short cuts. They take their time and do a neat and proper job, even if they have to work over time! Guaranteed pricing. What this means for the customer : All of our salesmen are ex-installers who know what they are looking at. They are paid by the hour and not commission. They are not Professional Sales People who are paid by commission! Our written quote is what you pay when the job is done, not a penny extra. We will do what is needed to install the equipment up to all codes. All of our sheet-metal is custom manufactured in our 3500 sq/ft sheet-metal shop. What this means for the customer : Our sheet-metal is made by proper equipment and laid out by a licensed tin smith who has over 35 years of experience. By doing this you get tight neat sheet-metal work. Our central air conditioners are installed to the latest codes and practices. We weld all of our copper lines. We pressure-test them with nitrogen up to 150 PSI and pull a proper vacuum to at least 300 microns. What this means for the customer : In plain English we install the equipment right! Guaranteed installation dates. What this means for the customer : The day we say we are coming to install your new piece of equipment, is the day we show up. One exception is we can not control Mother Nature.
